After months and months of waiting, ramen lovers can now dine at the newest JINYA location in downtown Alpharetta. The location officially opened on Nov. 11, 2019, and to celebrate their grand opening, the first fifty customers at 11 a.m. and 6 p.m. received a free bowl of ramen. Of course, my friend and I set up camp at 4 p.m. that day and were first in line at 6 to eat some of our favorite ramen.

JINYA has a versatile menu and there are options for everyone, despite dietary restrictions. They have vegan, pescatarian, and traditional options of ramen. In addition to serving ramen, they have rice bowls and mini plates. JINYA handmakes all their noodles and their broths are all simmered for 10 hours straight. Some of my personal favorites on the menu include the sprouting up ramen, spicy creamy vegan ramen, and the chicken chashu rice bowl. In the future, I hope to try the slurp up cilantro ramen and the shrimp wonton ramen.

The menu is also very customizable, not only can you add on toppings, but you can also switch out different broths for different ramen bowls, customizing it your taste.

The newest JINYA location continuously brings amazing food and service, while bringing a little piece of Japan to the Alpharetta area.
