Fruit is the best food out there. It contains all sorts of nutrients and vitamins that help boost the immune system. My favorite fruits are grapes, mangos, and watermelons.

Grapes contain vitamin C and antioxidants that help prevent chronic disease. Grapes can also lower cholesterol and help bone health.

Mango is also very nutritious and healthy. Mango helps with digestion and is known to clear skin. It also has a low glycemic index, which makes sure the release of sugar in the blood is slow, and there is no sudden spike in blood glucose levels. Besides that, mangoes are also rich in dietary fibers.

Watermelon is a great low-calorie snack. Eating a whole watermelon would only be 1,000 calories. However, there is not much nutritional value in watermelon, and it is the equivalent to eating lettuce with sugar.
