Cooking with Gabby: Shrimp skillet

Cooking shrimp is fast and easy, and perfect for a school night meal. I like this skillet because it has a lot of vegetables in it, as well as a high-in-protein option.


The ingredients in the skillet are:


-sweet onion

-red pepper



To prep, the veggies, chop up the peppers and onions. Cut the zucchini into slices, and the asparagus into small pieces. Then, add the veggies into a pan and cook it with oil and your choice of seasonings.

After the veggies are soft enough to eat, add the shrimp to the pan, and cook them until they are a pink color or finished. 


This skillet is a great, simple lunch or dinner option.
