I’m gonna gain a lot of weight during this quarantine because I’ve been eating good EVERY DAY! One of my favorite meals that I ate was lamb chops with mash potatoes and spinach. The lamb chops were extremely juicy and left my mouth watering, making me want to devour more and more. The mashed potatoes were so creamy and smooth in my mouth, and the spinach was well-seasoned. We actually had leftovers of that meal for about two days, then everyone ate it all. Another one of my favorite quarantine meals was a turkey burger. It was so delicious I didn’t even add chips or fries to the burger. The turkey burger was extremely juicy and had so much flavor, the sauce that was spread on the bun had such a great flavor to it that it caused me to dance! My third meal was my mom’s homemade spaghetti that I just can’t get enough of. It makes me want to get seconds on top of seconds. Truth is, I’ve always loved this meal since I was a child, complemented with Texas Toast bread.

I’m going to gain so much weight over this quarantine because I don’t know if I’m eating out of hunger or if I’m just bored. Either way, I’m glad that we were able to whip up some great meals since we are on lockdown and a lot of the stores are swept away with food. I’m grateful to be breathing, and to be healthy, and to be stuck in the house with people who love me and can afford to feed me so well. During this quarantine, I have learned a lot about myself and what I am capable of. The alone time and the times shared with family were definitely needed, although I am expecting it to go back to normal soon. One meal that I do want to have before this quarantine is ordered in Juicy Crab. I want crab legs, mashed potatoes, sausage, and rice. Complemented with the spicy sauce of course. I love eating so much, it truly makes me happy. I can’t tell if that’s a good or a bad thing but thank goodness my metabolism is good, to help me burn it all off quickly!
