A Little Something Different by Sandy Hall weaves in and out of the emotions and thoughts of individuals that are witnessing two strangers slowly falling in love. I really enjoyed reading this book because it made me look at my presence in this world as an influential gift. Although you may not know it you can have an extremely powerful impact on other people’s lives. The book contains excerpts from fourteen different viewpoints. This book allows the readers to view the beauty of love and its impact on others. Some of the viewpoints that are included in the story are a barista, a bus driver, a waitress, and even a squirrel. This book is unique and fun to read because it takes the classic sweet love story and twists it into something completely different and unexpected. We know that love can be incredibly impactful on ourselves and the other person that we are falling in love with, however we rarely consider how it impacts other people around us. This book expressed the true capabilities hidden within love.
