Nestled under a big oak tree lies Roswell’s newest cafe, Fellows. This breakfast and brunch cafe is owned by Christina DeVictor and Zachary Bramblett, Roswell High School alumni. Fellows is open weekdays till 2 p.m. and weekends till 3 p.m.. Recently they created a dinner menu that will be served every Thursday till 9 p.m..

Their European cafe aesthetic is beautiful and the atmosphere urges everyone to enjoy their outdoor patio. The cafe is painted a bright yellow and their patio is situated under the shade of a big oak tree. Flowers and marble topped tables are placed throughout the cafe and add the beauty of the restaurant.

Fellow’s has a simple but delicious menu. Everything they serve is made with fresh fruits and vegetables. One of my favorite items on the menu is the Fumbally toast which is their house made sourdough topped with scrambled eggs, Spanish chorizo, avocado and tomatoes. Other items that customers rave about are the avocado toast, the Lemon Ricotta Hotcakes, and the B.E.L.T. In addition to serving food, they serve a variety of drinks. Their flavored lattes are creative and presented beautifully. You can get the lattes in unique flavors such as vanilla bean, mocha, lavender, and more.

The servers and owners are so helpful and attentive every time I visit their cafe. All in all, Fellows is one of the hottest places in Roswell right now. With their aesthetic and delicious food, there is no reason you can say no to stopping by soon.
