These are my favorite healthy products that I eat daily.

I love all food, but there are some products that I need to have in my refrigerator at all times. I use these items everyday and they are all very healthy and can be used for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The first product that I love is Cedar’s Roasted Red Pepper Hummus. This hummus is organic, gluten free, vegan, and kosher. I love this item because it is thick, creamy, and has chunks of bell peppers in it. I eat this hummus with chicken, veggies, pitas, and crackers. I also use it as a spread in wraps I make for lunch. You can purchase this item at Sprouts, and I recommend that you try it.

The next item that I eat daily is Ezekiel Bread. I get the low sodium, but there are several other versions available. I normally eat this bread toasted with butter. I love it because it is filling and has a lot of fiber. This item can be purchased at Sprouts and Trader Joe’s.

The third item I cannot live without is Kirkland Egg Whites. I love this specific brand because there are no added colors or preservatives. I also eat a lot of egg whites and the packages are sold in bulk. I normally eat these egg whites with Ezekiel Bread and spinach for breakfast, but they can also be used in breakfast burritos, sandwiches, and more. This product is sold at Costco.

The fourth product that is probably my favorite, is the Trader Joe’s Green Dragon Hot Sauce. I love hot sauce and I recently discovered this one over the summer. This hot sauce is by far my favorite (sorry Cholula), and I put it on everything. I like to put this item on my eggs, meats, and veggies. You should go check it out at Trader Joe’s because it is amazing!

The fifth and final product I love is baby spinach. I love spinach so much because it can be eaten in any meal with any food. Spinach is perfect in eggs, cooked alongside meats, or raw in a salad. This specific package of spinach is from Trader Joe’s, but spinach can be bought at any grocery store.
