Nearly 15 months of delays and restrictions from concert venues have finally passed, and Harry Styles‘ “Love On Tour” is currently in the works in North America. Now that venues are opening back up for more events, fans couldn’t be more excited to watch their favorite artists play live, and Harry’s fanbase did not disappoint as they sold out the majority of his shows.   

Kicking off the second Atlanta show at State Farm Arena on October 28th, Jenny Lewis was the opening precursor. Putting aside the fact that she is an underground artist, she made an amazing impression amongst the crowd. Regardless of not knowing her music, I feel like she put on a fantastic opening show.   

As the lights dimmed, the crowd got wild as they knew Styles would be on stage any minute. I began freaking out even though I was watching from the terrace level. Harry opened with “Golden,” which was a massive hit from his most recent album “Fine Line.” All I could see were people jumping up and down, having the best time of their life.  

Styles knows how to put on a good show by heavily interacting with the crowd. In between songs, he reads fans’ signs within the swarm of people, or tells jokes. He spotted one girl in the pit wearing a burger hat, he requested to put it on, and the crowd went wild; it was so funny and one of my favorite moments of the night.  

To end the show, Styles concluded with his song “Kiwi.” As Kiwi is one of his most upbeat songs, it was sure to leave the stadium in awe as Harry left the stage. The feeling once his concert ended was unbearable, and the whole show felt like a fever dream. Overall, it was the best night ever; I would do anything for it to repeat. 

My favorite performance of the whole night was his song “Cherry.”  Not only is “Cherry” a beautiful piece, but he traveled down the side of the stage closest to me to play it. It was highly memorable as my favorite artist was singing my favorite song only a few feet away from me.  

Being able to attend this show was a life-changing experience for me and was too special not to share. Hands down, it was the best concert I have ever been to, and if I could, I would rate it over a 10/10. With rumors of a new album to come soon from Harry, I am hopeful he will go on tour again so I can experience another incredible show.
