On Oct 21, 2024 famous country singer Zach Bryan publicly announced his breakup with girlfriend Brianna LaPaglia, also known as Brianna LaPaglia, famous podcaster, through an Instagram story post.
LaPaglia expressed that she felt very blindsided by the post regarding the breakup and shortly after went on the BFF podcast with cohosts Josh Richard and Dave Portnoy to expose Bryan. The first thing she claimed was that Bryan offered her 12 million dollars after the breakup to keep her from sharing things that happened during the relationship, but LaPaglia denied this offer in hopes of helping other women by sharing her story. Bryan also allegedly offered LaPaglia double the amount of money she earns from her podcast in order for her to quit.
Throughout this podcast LaPaglia explains that Bryan emotionally abused her throughout their entire relationship. Bryan did this by love bombing her in the beginning of their relationship and by trying to isolate LaPaglia from others as well as control everything she did.
Supposedly, Bryans emotional abuse was seen in situations in which Bryan ignored LaPaglia for a week due to her singing a song by Morgan Wallen. Another situation comes from when LaPaglia went to the Golden Globes and Bryan unfollowed her and stopped speaking to her because he didn’t like her dress and claimed it was too revealing.
Fans of Zach Bryan have been troubled as to whether or not they should continue to support this artist. Many fans have decided they will start separating the art from the artist by continuing to listen to his music, but not support who he is nor the decisions he has made.
Richard and Portnoy, LaPaglias costars on the BFF podcast, have released a diss track on Bryan called “Smallest Man who ever Lived”. This diss track has gone viral and many people have begun rethinking being a fan of Bryan. Bryan is still yet to release an announcement regarding these allegations.
