Baseball: This week, the team went down the street to take on the Fellowship Christian Paladins. Due to poor miscommunication within the infield and disappointing hits at bat, the Hornets lost 10-3. Roswell followed it up by defeating the rival Milton Eagles. Senior pitcher Nick Bake had a phenomenal game, throwing a no-hitter in the 3-0 win.

Boys Lacrosse: The boys took on Cambridge High School in a close matchup, with Roswell picking up the victory, 12-11. Sophomore Blake O’Neal went 70% at the dot and scored a goal. After the win, the team drove down the street to Fellowship High School for a Boys Lacrosse jamboree. Lambert and Roswell faced off for the number one ranking in Georgia. Sadly, the Hornets lost 7-4.
Girls Lacrosse: The Hornets hosted two games this past week, winning both. Beating Sequoyah and Chattahoochee with a combined score of 29-8. Junior MK Tucker has been playing lights out since commiting to Kent State University. The Girls move towards a winning record and keeping the region title.

Boys Soccer: Roswell sadly broke the team’s four-game winning streak, losing to the 2-0 against Milton on Tuesday. However, the team bounced back in their second straight-away game, defeating Northview 3-0. Senior Alex Barerra is continuing his elite final year in the green colors, leading the team in scoring.
Girls Soccer: The undefeated season continues for the Girls. After beating John’s Creek, Milton, and Northview with a combined score of 11-2, Roswell is now projected to win state for another year. The Hornets will face the 3-3 Chattahoochee Cougars tonight at home.
Track and Field: Saturday was Roswell’s final home meet of the 2025 season. The Hornets hosted over 25 local high schools and had a multitude of events all throughout the day. Senior Marissa Metzger ran a 46.67 in the girls 300 hurdles, which prompted the Roswell girls to win the entire event.
