The popular 2023 film, “Trolls 3: Band Together” is a film jam-packed with catchy songs, colorful settings, and an adventurous plot. It was released in the United States on Nov 17, 2023. The film overall has engrossed around $204 million worldwide.  

The film targets a range of younger audiences, hooking younger children with sing-along songs and laughable actions. Even though adults aren’t the main audience focus, many are still interested in the easygoing movie. The writers made sure to include in-jokes about boy bands and other 90’s hits that spark a memento in adults. This film is on the shorter side, only with a run time of 91 minutes (about 1 and a half hours) which is long enough to hook an audience, but not lose them.  

Despite the jokes and comedy that the movie displays, there are also numerous heartfelt messages that the film hiddenly displays. Some easily recognized messages are being who you are, which one of the main antagonists learns towards the end of the movie and the unity with those you love and care for.  

Trolls 3 has recently had an economic boost, due to social media and advertisement. The Band Together soundtrack is filled with rhythmic tunes, which range from hip-hop all the way to pop. Along with the soundtrack, social media websites like TikTok and X have boosted sales due to popular dances, remixes, and reviews on the movies characters, songs, and other in-movie attractions. 

Not only does the movie revolve around the adventurous challenge that the trolls faced around saving the famous boy band, BroZone, but the writers make sure to involve the creative setting that the Trolls inhabit, through various shades of colors, unrealistic and imaginary animals with unusual textures, and other creative gestures.  

In my opinion, I’d rate the movie 8/10. Overall, Band Together has been a popular hit and achieved its spot among the most sparking movies.
